Created by LVMH in 2011, Les Journées Particulières was born from a simple yet irresistible idea: open the doors of exceptional places and allow the public to experience the craftsmanship, heritage, and people behind some of the world’s most celebrated luxury houses.

For its sixth edition, taking place October 16–18, 2026, 46 Maisons will welcome visitors across 71 locations in 13 countries, including several venues opening their doors to the public for the very first time.

The theme, “At the Source of Dreams,” is an invitation to go back to the beginning—to discover the nature, culture, imagination, and craftsmanship that transform an idea into something extraordinary.

And what better way to experience it than by traveling through France, Italy, and Switzerland?

Paris: Where a Legend Still Lives

Begin at 30 Avenue Montaigne, the legendary Parisian address that has been synonymous with Dior since 1947. At La Galerie Dior, visitors step into the creative universe of Christian Dior, exploring the inspirations, memories, and savoir-faire that continue to shape the Maison.

Dior’s relationship with nature is particularly enchanting. From the gardens of Granville to Milly-la-Forêt and the Château de La Colle Noire, flowers and landscapes have been woven into the designer’s imagination—and eventually into the identity of the Maison itself.

Nearby, the spirit of couture continues in the Ateliers, Monsieur Dior’s beloved “beehive,” where generations of seamstresses and artisans have perfected the extraordinary patience and precision demanded by haute couture.

Guerlain: A Secret Garden of Beauty

Then comes a more mysterious Parisian treasure: Guerlain’s Réserve des Sublimes.

Usually hidden from public view, this extraordinary sanctuary preserves some of the Maison’s most precious creations and memories, including the very first Bee Bottle, created in 1853.

Here, perfume becomes history. Nature becomes art. And craftsmanship becomes something almost intimate.

The story of Guerlain unfolds through its celebrated Guerlinade, an olfactory signature where iris, jasmine, bergamot, rose, vanilla, and tonka bean meet in a delicate harmony. Each bottle reflects the same philosophy—from the selection of precious materials to the smallest hand-finished detail.

It is a reminder that true luxury does not shout. Sometimes, it is preserved quietly behind a door waiting to be discovered.

Rome: Fendi’s Future Is Rooted in the Past

In Rome, the journey takes a dramatic turn at the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana, Fendi’s headquarters and one of the Eternal City’s most recognizable landmarks.

Inside, visitors encounter A Fairy Tale of the Future – Ten Years of Fendi Couture 2015/2025, celebrating the first decade of Fendi Couture.

Rather than simply presenting a chronological history, the exhibition creates a conversation between creativity and craftsmanship. Embroidery, intarsia, color, pattern-making, arabesque, and extraordinary construction transform couture into something closer to sculpture.

It is quintessential Fendi: deeply rooted in Italian craftsmanship, yet constantly looking toward what comes next.

Switzerland: Where Time Becomes Art

Our final stop leads to the birthplace of Swiss watchmaking and La Fabrique des Temps Louis Vuitton.

Here, time is not simply measured—it is constructed by hand.

Inside the atelier, visitors discover the remarkable precision of master watchmakers and artisans whose work exists at the intersection of tradition, technical mastery, and creative freedom.

Founded by master watchmakers Michel Navas and Enrico Barbasini, La Fabrique des Temps embodies Louis Vuitton’s appetite for pushing boundaries while respecting the disciplines that came before.

Every movement, detail, and complication reflects something increasingly rare in our accelerated world: patience.
